PROGLAS STARE SRBIJE

Stara Srbija stvara novog čoveka za novo vreme

Reč je o novom čoveku,o novom načinu mišljenja,o novim karakteristikama političara i građanina,za novi  kvalitet življenja i stvaranja,za novo vreme koje donosi naučno-tehnološka revolucija

Stara Srbija uči ljude kako da budu društveno korisna bića i kako da se integrišemo u svim nivoima politike zato što je svaki čovek kreativno biće

Stara Srbija užurbano sprema ljude za život i rad u novim političkim okolnostima

Stara Srbija priprema čoveka za delovanje u korist onoga što je novo i rastuće,a suprostavlja se nazadnom i odumirućem

Prekidamo sa sistematskim zaglupljivanjem i ispiranjem mozgova građana Stare Srbije koje traje više od dva veka.Dva veka pokušavaju da ukinu Staru Srbiju…

Ne sakrivati sve ono što bitno utiče na donošenje izborne odluke

Mnogo je razloga zbog kojih treba promeniti razmišljanja potencijalnih birača u Srbiji :

Stalno objašnjavati kriminalnu tranziciju,odnosno,cirkus od pljačkaške privatizacije ( najnoviji primer Goše iz Smederevske Palanke)

Usavršavati politički život

Pravilno koristiti informacione tehnologije

Unapređivati obrazovni sistem

Stara Srbija je termin nastao u 19. veku u Srbiji za označavanje oblasti koje su nekada bile u sastavu srednjevekovne Srbije, a izvan granica tadašnje Kneževine Srbije.[1] Sadržaj ovog termina se vremenom menjao, ali uglavnom je obuhvatao Rašku, Kosovo i Makedoniju.

Termin Stara Srbija je uveden u srpsku istoriografiju između 1870 i 1880-ih godina, pod uticajem ideja Načertanija Ilije Garašanina o širenju Kneževine Srbije ka jugu, na oblasti naseljene pretežno albanskim i muslimanskim življem.[2] Pre toga, ovaj termin se ne pominje u evropskoj naučnoj literaturi, niti je zabeležen na starijim geografskim kartama jugoistočne Evrope.[2] U drugoj polovini 19. veka, kada je Srbija postala međunarodno priznata kneževina, formulisani su politički ciljevi “oslobođenja zemlje predaka”: Novopazarskog sandžaka, Kosova i Makedonije, od otomanske vladavine.[3] Nakon perioda 18601870, nacionalizam je stekao jako uporište u Srbiji. Čitava oblast Makedonije je proglašena “Starom Srbijom”, i na nju su polagane pretenzije na osnovu toga što je bila u sastavu države Stefana Dušana u 14. veku.[4] Česta su pozivanja na obnovu “Dušanovog carstva“.[5] Od druge polovine 19. veka kosovski mit, koji poziva na “osvetu Kosova” i obnovu starog “srpskog carstva”, je igrao bitnu ulogu u srpskoj politici.[6]

Uoči Berlinskog kongresa Srbija je uputila zahtev ruskom caru 3. januara 1878, “da se u preliminare mira kao i uslove primirja stavi nezavisnost Srbije i prisajedinjenje Srbiji Stare Srbije ili sadašnjeg Kosovskog vilajeta sa dodatkom Vidina”. Stara Srbija je prema tom zahtevu obuhvatala: Makedoniju do Bistrice (Alijakmona), Solun i do Strume i Lom Palanke.[7] Etnografske ideje srpskih naučnika su varirale u skladu sa razvojem političkih pretenzija Kraljevine Srbije. Tako je Jovan Cvijić navodio drugačije granice “Stare Srbije” 1909. nego 1911. godine.[8]

Obrazložući ratne ciljeve Srbije u balkanskom ratu 1912. godine, Cvijić oblast za koje se vezuju srpske pretenzije naziva “Stara Srbija”, navodeći da u nju spadaju Novopazarski sandžak, Kosovo polje, Metohija, oblasti južno od Šar-planine i “uzan pojas Jadranske obale oko Skadra, Lješa i verovatno Drača“.[9][10]

Mnogi istoričari kritikuju ovaj termin kao tendenciozan, zato što označavanjem dotičnih oblasti kao „Stara Srbija“, označilac “želi da kaže da polaže pravo na njih, da predstavljaju njegov posed” (slično konceptu „nemačkih Istočnih oblasti“).[11]
